The Villa Marie experience

All services included in our 2027 price list remain included: daily breakfast and housekeeping, chef service three times per week and one meal prepared by our pizzaiolo per week.

Groceries for these lunches and dinners are additional. Weekly service frequencies are stated here; the arrangements for a shorter stay will be specified in your tailored quotation.

For new main-villa reservations for 2027 booked by 31 December 2026, subject to availability. Standard minimum stays, payment and cancellation conditions apply. The guesthouse and additional services are charged separately. The offer cannot be combined with other promotions.

Your stay includes chef service for lunch or dinner, Italian-style breakfast, six hours of daily housekeeping and concierge support. Groceries and optional experiences are charged separately.

The main Villa accommodates up to 12 guests. Casa del Contadino, our private guesthouse on the estate, can accommodate up to six additional guests on request and at an additional charge, bringing the estate’s total capacity to 18.

During high season, from June to September, Villa Marie is generally rented for seven nights, from Saturday to Saturday. A minimum stay of three nights applies during the rest of the year. Rates are available on request.
