Casa del Contadino was once the estate farmhouse and remains discreetly independent from the main Villa. Its three double rooms can be reserved on request for a supplement, accommodating up to six additional guests and extending an exclusive stay from 12 guests in the main villa to a total of 18 across the estate.
It combines serene, authentic Tuscan character with a contemporary touch. The house has a cosy living room with a wood-burning stove sporting an attractive hand-painted mural. A classically stylish kitchen offers a full range of cooking facilities. Each suite has its own character and features a comfortable and stylish bathroom, thoughtfully finished with terracotta floors and retro-style sanitary ware.
Resplendent in earthy pink tones on its exterior, the farmhouse has been tastefully redecorated from top to bottom. Yet this building retains much of its old authenticity and charm, thanks to the repurposing of original materials (windows and antique terracotta floors) or retro-style restoration of various old furniture by local artisans.
