The main villa offers six suites with en-suite bathrooms for up to 12 guests, together with generous living spaces and a private indoor spa.

Ground floor: living and dining
The ground floor forms the heart of Villa Marie, with open views extending from north to south through the living and dining rooms. Original Tessieri tiles, Murano chandeliers and a fireplace are combined with antique and contemporary Italian furnishings.
The classically designed kitchen is finished in painted boiserie, while the library combines elmwood with finely crafted panelling.
A modern lift connects all floors alongside the villa’s classical staircase.
First floor: three suites and the piano salon
The first floor combines colourful cement tiles, Murano chandeliers, tasteful antique furniture and marbled bathrooms. An intimate salon with a grand piano is surrounded by three suites, with views over the gardens, Lucca’s ancient towers and Il Forno.
Second floor: three suites beneath the beams
The top floor has three charming bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a shared living room. Original wooden beams and terracotta ceilings, with terracotta tiles underfoot, create a sense of timeless rustic luxury.
Basement: private spa and wine cellar
The private spa in the villa’s basement includes a sauna, hammam, lounge and indoor pool with hydromassage jets. Pool heating is included from October to April. From May to September, heating to approximately 32–32.5°C is available by prior arrangement, for a supplement. All resident guests may use the spa throughout their stay.
Treatments, massages and beauty services can be arranged with advance booking, subject to availability.
The basement also houses a private wine cellar, with a sommelier-selected range of Tuscan and Italian wines.
